TRIBE College Planning Membership:
A Step-by-Step Roadmap for
Admissions and Financial Aid

Most families enter the college planning process without a clear roadmap. They are researching independently, missing deadlines they did not know existed, and making financial decisions without understanding how those choices affect what they will ultimately pay for college. TRIBE is designed to change that.

When you join TRIBE, your family works through The College Game Plan: a proven, step-by-step program that guides you through every stage of the college admissions and financial aid process, with expert support along the way. Want to learn more, watch the masterclass.

Not sure how to make the most of college visits? This guide walks you through exactly what to do before, during, and after each visit so your student gets the information they need to make a confident decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is TRIBE?

TRIBE is a college planning membership program built around The College Game Plan™: a step-by-step roadmap that guides families through the college admissions and financial aid process. Members receive access to expert tools, live monthly group calls, and a full library of resources covering every stage of the process.

How is TRIBE different from the Concierge programs?

TRIBE is designed for families who want expert guidance and a structured plan while managing the process more independently. The Concierge and Concierge Plus programs provide more hands-on, personalized support where Crystal and her team are actively working alongside your family throughout the process. If you are unsure which level of support is right for your situation, the 45-minute initial consultation is the best place to start.

How much does TRIBE cost?

TRIBE is a monthly membership at $97 per month. You can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts.

When should we join TRIBE?

The earlier the better. Families who join in 9th or 10th grade have the most time to act on the strategies and tools inside the program. That said, families with juniors and seniors can still benefit, particularly from Application Bootcamp and Awards Bootcamp, which are designed for the later stages of the process.

What is College Planner Pro?

College Planner Pro is a comprehensive college research platform included with your TRIBE membership. It gives families access to real data on graduation rates, acceptance rates, net costs, and more, so you can build a college list and compare schools using actual numbers rather than marketing language.

What is Application Bootcamp?

Application Bootcamp is a resource inside TRIBE that coaches students through the college application process, covering activity lists, deadlines, and everything needed to submit strong applications.

What is Awards Bootcamp?

Awards Bootcamp is a resource inside TRIBE designed for parents. It walks you through how to read and compare financial aid award letters, understand the difference between grants and loans, and make an informed decision about which offer is actually the best financial fit.

Can I join TRIBE if my student is already a senior?

Yes. Seniors can benefit from Application Bootcamp and Awards Bootcamp in particular. If your student is early in senior year, there is still time to use the tools and live support inside TRIBE to navigate the application process and make smart decisions about financial aid offers.

What if I want more personalized support than TRIBE provides?

Families who want more hands-on guidance can explore the Concierge or Concierge Plus programs, which provide personalized support throughout the admissions and financial aid process. You can also schedule a 45-minute initial consultation to discuss which level of support makes the most sense for your family.
